All Wisconsin casinos are located on
Indian reservations and originally, blackjack
was the only table game permitted. However,
in mid-2003, a compact between the state
and the Tribes was negotiated to allow the
games of roulette, craps, keno, poker and
other card games such as let it ride, Caribbean
stud and three-card poker.
The Indian tribes are not required to
release information on their slot machine
percentage paybacks, but according to the
terms of the compact between the state and
the tribes “for games not affected by player
skill, such as slot machines, the machine
is required to return a minimum of 80% and
a maximum of 100% of the amount wagered.”
Unless otherwise noted, all casinos are
open 24 hours and the only games offered
are: blackjack, slots, video poker and video
keno. The minimum gambling age is 21 at
all casinos (18 for bingo).

department of tourism at (800) 432-8747.
